All items at Dread Keep Forge are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Privacy Policy

Dread Keep Forge collects only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email, payment details). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping carriers).

Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and is never stored on our servers.
